Our Global Table

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026

Our Global Table helps people discover, save, plan, and share recipes. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how Google user data is handled, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

When you sign in, we receive account information such as your name, email address, profile image, and a service user ID from our sign-in provider. We also store the cookbook, recipes, preferences, planner, and grocery data you choose to save.

If you connect an optional service such as Google Calendar, we store the authorization information needed to provide that connection. We do not receive or store your Google password.

Google user data

If you sign in with Google or connect Google Calendar, Our Global Table may receive Google account information and authorization information necessary to provide the features you request.

Google Calendar access is used only to provide calendar-related features requested by the user.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate you, save and sync your cookbook, provide requested features, protect the service, and communicate about account or service changes. We do not sell your personal information or Google user data.

Google user data sharing and disclosure

Our Global Table does not sell Google user data and does not share Google user data for advertising purposes.

Google user data may be shared, transferred, or disclosed only in the following limited circumstances:

  • With Google services and Google APIs when necessary to provide a feature requested by the user.
  • With service providers that process information on behalf of Our Global Table when necessary to host, operate, secure, maintain, or support the service.
  • When required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or a valid governmental request.
  • When the user explicitly authorizes the disclosure.

Our Global Table's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google user data retention and deletion

Google user data and authorization information are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested integration or maintain the associated account, subject to legitimate security, fraud-prevention, legal, or regulatory requirements.

Users may disconnect Google Calendar or other optional Google integrations to stop future access associated with that integration.

Users may also request deletion of stored account information and Google-related integration data where applicable.

Authorization credentials or tokens are not used after the associated integration is disconnected or access is revoked. Any information that must be retained for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Newsletter subscriptions

If you choose to subscribe, we collect your email address, any first name you provide, and records of your subscription preferences and consent. We use HubSpot to manage subscribers and send welcome messages and monthly recipe newsletters. You can unsubscribe using the link in each marketing email or contact ditzymiia@gmail.com. Signing in or connecting Google Calendar does not by itself subscribe you to the newsletter.

HubSpot may record email delivery, opens, and link clicks. When tracking cookies are permitted, website visits may be associated with your subscriber record. Newsletter information is processed separately from Google Calendar authorization credentials.

Cookies and website analytics

Our site includes Google Analytics, HubSpot, and PostHog tracking tools to understand website use and help operate and improve the service. Depending on the tool and its settings, these tools may process page URLs, interactions, timestamps, IP addresses, browser and device information, cookie identifiers, and session activity.

The HubSpot cookie banner lets you accept or decline HubSpot tracking cookies. It does not automatically control the separately installed Google Analytics and PostHog scripts. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect some website features.

Analytics and newsletter providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We use these services for website measurement and subscriber communications. Google Calendar data and authorization credentials are not provided for newsletter marketing.

Newsletter choices and deletion requests

You may withdraw newsletter consent at any time and request access, correction, or deletion of your subscriber information by emailing ditzymiia@gmail.com. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails but does not necessarily delete all stored records. Limited records may be retained to respect your unsubscribe choice or meet applicable legal and security obligations.

Your choices and security

You may sign out, disconnect optional integrations, and ask for your account information to be removed. We use reasonable safeguards for stored account and integration data, but no online service can promise absolute security.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service changes. Continued use after an update means the revised policy applies. For privacy questions, contact Our Global Table at ditzymiia@gmail.com.
